Processing time

Almost all my items are made to order and most will be ready to dispatch within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods it may take a little longer but I will keep you informed of any delays.

Delivery

I offer several options for domestic and international shipping.

Domestic (UK mainland and The Channel Islands)

• Tracked 24
• Next Day Guaranteed

International

• Standard: International tracked (7 to 10 days, depending on location)
  

Prices are dependent on the weight of the package and are set at the checkout.

Lost items

Packages do sometimes get lost in transit. All items are shipped tracked. Lost items will be replaced or refunded unless marked as delivered.
