Refund policy
Cancellations
For custom items, cancellations must be requested before the item is made. I will contact you to check designs first. Non-custom items may incur a small fee to compensate for materials used.
Returns
As most of my items are custom made to order, I do not allow returns on these items. For jewellery, this is for hygiene reasons.
For items that can be returned (non-personalised and jewellery), returns must be made within 30 days.
Replacements and refunds
I will send a replacement or issue a refund if an item is damaged or the quality is not as expected, as long as you can provide proof.
