About
Hi!
I’m David Asch, owner of David Asch Art & Design.
I’ve always had a creative streak, mainly photography and abstract artwork. A few years ago, I created a Christmas card design to sell at a friend’s brick-and-mortar store. I had a few left over and decided to list them on Etsy. To my surprise, they started selling quickly. That rekindled my motivation, and I began exploring new ways to express my creativity.
My daughter had an Etsy shop selling 3D-printed earrings. This inspired me to try creating my own. I invested in a 3D printer and stared working on designs, initially mid-century style drop and dangle earrings.
I had the idea to incorporate themes like vinyl records and books into my earring designs, giving them a unique, personalised experience for buyers.
Now, I’m branching into creating items like coasters and keychains. This approach allows me more control over the products and faster turnaround times, instead of relying on print-on-demand services.
I’m anlways experimenting with new ideas and seeing what works. This new direction adds another layer of excitement to my hobby-turned-business.
