My items are made to order and vary in the time it takes to make them. Most will be ready to dispatch within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During busy periods it may take a little longer but I will keep you informed of any delays.
Delivery
I offer several options for domestic and international shipping.
Domestic (UK mainland and The Channel Islands)
- Standard: Tracked 48 (2 working days)
- Tracked 24 (1 working day)
- Next Day Guaranteed (next day by 1pm)
International
- Standard: International tracked (5 to 7 working days, depending on location)
The cost of postage is dependent on the weight and size of the package and is provided at the checkout.

Lost items
All items are shipped with tracking. Lost items will be replaced or refunded unless marked as delivered.
